Yoga & Dance Movement Therapy practice – Thursdays

Class Description

Jungle City creative space

Yoga & Dance Movement Therapy

Drawing on the expansive energy of Jupiter our Thursday practice combines Tantric Hatha Yoga practices with Dance Movement Therapy modalities to explore more deeply our creativity and sense of play as we explore the potentiality of our consciousness. In this practice we will combine pranayama (breath), asana (postures), meditation and authentic free form movement to make space for our bodies to reconnect with our divine wisdom and intuitive nature. Allowing our bodies to teach us new concepts and ways of engaging with the world.
