Joanne Sweeney has trained in dance for 14 years in classical styles including Jazz; Ballet; and Contemporary. In 2010 Joanne began to pursue her interest and passion for fitness and encouraging others, and herself to live a well-balanced lifestyle with an effective exercise regime, healthy diet, and good work/life balance. As a qualified Personal Trainer Joanne’s classes and private sessions are challenging but effective in improving overall fitness, strength and toning the whole body.
