Female Dancehall course term 4

Class Description

Moss Studios

Beginner Dance Courses

Ignite your fire and delve into the world of female Dancehall originated and created in Jamaica. From the original Dancehall Queen Carlene who inspired a generation of dancers with the ‘butterfly’ we will start from the original female movements, working on stamina, confidence and technique, plus learn the most popular dances created during the old, mid skool and early New Skool era. For the females, Dancehall is about being in your power as a woman – no matter what shape, size, colour, background and owning your space to be your most unique self. This course will not only teach you the dance but assist you in finding your Queen power within and owning it!

This is a 9 week course with our performance outcome taking place on the 2nd & 3rd of December.
