Jungle City Dance fitness classes are designed for anyone, who loves to bust a groove to your favourite tunes and relieve the stresses of daily life through movement, while reaching your fitness goals the fun way. By combining a balanced flow of dance moves to bangin beats, strengthening exercises, and mindful stretches, our aim is to deliver a holistic mind-body experience that leaves you feeling nourished, stress free, fierce, and strong with a boost of resilience to get you through the weekly grind with a positive outlook. If you are new to dance these classes are also great way to dip your toe in and check out the various dance forms’ we offer at Jungle City before committing to our term-based courses, or as alternative to your regular training to help mix up your weekly fitness regime.
